By downloading, installing, or using Photo Loco ("the app") or visiting photoloco.app ("the website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Photo Loco.

Photo Loco is a community platform for discovering and sharing automotive photography locations. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may not create accounts using automated means, use another person's account without permission, or create an account if you have previously been removed from the platform.
When you submit a location, photo, description, or any other content to Photo Loco, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content within the Photo Loco platform.

Locations shared on Photo Loco are user-submitted. We do not verify the accuracy, safety, or legality of accessing any location. You are solely responsible for your own safety when visiting any location found through Photo Loco.
Always respect private property, local laws, and road safety regulations. Photo Loco accepts no liability for any injury, loss, or legal consequence arising from visiting a location discovered through the app.
The Photo Loco name, logo, design, and codebase are the property of Christian Williams. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Photo Loco's branding or interface without written permission.
Photo Loco is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that location information will be accurate or up to date.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Christian Williams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Photo Loco, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or property damage.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Photo Loco after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or email.
